Day-Light Sensational Murder Case of a Landlord of Village Bankner, Narela, Solved
Crime Branch has
succeeded in solving a sensational blind murder case of a landlord of Bankner,
Narela with the arrest of three accused persons namely (i) Ashok @ Chautala (37
yrs) s/o Late Maman r/o Village Bankner, Delhi, (ii) Jitender @ Tinku @ Chhotu
@ Fauji (24 yrs) s/o Shri Krishan r/o Village Goyla Khurd, Chhawla, Delhi and
(iii) Neetu @ Kala (26 yrs) s/o Ramphal r/o Sec. A-6, Pocket-1 Narela, Delhi
and recovered the motorcycle used in commission of crime. The accused Ashok @ Chautala had hired the two contract killers
namely Jitender @ Tinku @ Chhotu and Neetu @ Kala for Rs.20 lac to kill his
father to usurp his property and wealth in order to settle his huge debts.
INCIDENT: -
On 02.11.2014, one renowned landlord
of Village Bankner, Narela, Delhi, namely Shri Maman s/o Ramniwas had gone for
morning walk. Later on, his dead body was found at Manirpur Road, Village Bankner,
Narela, Delhi with deep stab injury in his chest. Accordingly, a case was
registered vide FIR No.1389/2014 u/s 302 IPC at PS Narela, Delhi in this regard.
INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION
On 22.09.2015, secret information
was received by Special Team that one Ashok @ Chautala r/o Bankner, Narela,
Delhi, had got killed his father Maman through two contract killers namely
Jitender @ Tinku and Neetu @ Kala. The information further entailed that both
the contract killers would come near Satyavadi Raja Harish Chander Hospital, Narela,
Delhi to settle the balance amount of their contract with Ashok @ Chautala. Accordingly,
a team led by DCP Rajeev Sharma, consisting of ACP Jitender Singh, Inspr. Ashok
Kumar, ASI Surajveer, HCs Rajbir, Rishi, Cts. Jagpravesh, Deepak, Praveen and
Ajay was constituted under the supervision of Addl.CP Alok Kumar to nab them. The team laid a trap near Satyavadi Raja Harish Chander Hospital,
Narela, Delhi where two persons arrived on a Bajaj Discover Motorcycle No.
HR-13B-5844 at the given time. Both were identified by the secret informer as
Jitender @ Tinku and Neetu @ Kala. After
some time, third person came out of the Hospital and they started talking to each
other. The trio were immediately overpowered by the police team alongwith the
motorcycle and the third person was identified as Ashok @ Chautala.
During interrogation, they admitted their involvement in murder of Shri Maman committed
in November, 2014.
INTERROGATION: -
On sustained
interrogation, accused Ashok @ Chautala disclosed that he had taken huge
loan to the tune of Rs.70 lac approx. to meet expenses of compensation given to
his first wife for divorce as well as heavy losses caused in betting. His
father Shri Maman was a renowned landlord of Village Bankner, Narela, Delhi, who
was possessing land and properties worth crores of rupees. He had refused to
give him money and also disowned him from his wealth and properties. In distress, Ashok @ Chautala initially
attempted to commit suicide but survived. When Ashok @ Chautala came to know that
his father was planning to transfer all his properties in the name of his
married sister, he decided to kill him to usurp his property. He hired two contract
killers namely Jitender @ Tinku @ Chhotu and Neetu @ Kala for Rs.20 lac to
eliminate him about 1-1/2 months prior to the incident. It was settled that the
contract amount would be paid after execution of the plan when Ashok @ Chautala
would receive money by selling land. He briefed the killers about the daily
routine of his father and suggested them to kill him when he would go out to
the fields for morning walk. After proper recce, Jitender @ Tinku @ Chhotu and
Neetu @ Kala committed murder of Shri Maman on 02.11.2014 morning at Manirpur
Road, Bankner, Delhi.
Accused Ashok @ Chautala further disclosed
that after the death of his father, he has sold two Acres of land situated in
Village Bankner and out of the proceeds; he had paid off all his debts as well
as Rs.14 lac to the killers for their job but he could not pay the remaining
amount and they were pressurizing him hard for the payment.
During sustained interrogation,
accused Jitender @ Tinku @ Chhotu @ Fauji and Neetu @ Kala also corroborated
the version of accused Ashok @ Chautala. It has been revealed that on
02.11.2014 at around 6:30 AM, the contract killers had gone to the spot on
Bajaj Discover motorcycle No. HR-13B-5844 driven by Neetu @ Kala and Jitender @
Tinku was riding the pillion seat with a ‘Gupti’ (a long pointed knife). When
they saw Shri Maman walking on Manirpur Road, Narela, Jitender @ Tinku stabbed him
in the chest with the Gupti and the duo fled away from the spot.
RECOVERIES: -
1.
One Bajaj Discover Motorcycle No. HR-13B-5844 which
was used in commission of crime.

Two mobile phones.

Jitender
@ Chhotu @ Tinku @ Fauji was born at Goyla Dairy, Najafgarh, Delhi and he has studied
upto 3rd standard. He had left his studies when his family shifted to
Bhalgarh, Haryana in a rented house. Thereafter, he started working as a street
hawker at Singhu Border where he came in contact with Neetu @ Kala and started
gambling. To fulfill his day-to-day needs, he started committing snatching and
robbery. To earn quick easy money, he joined the conspiracy and committed the
murder of Sh. Maman.

Accused
Neetu @ Kala was born in the year 1988 at Jind, Haryana and is a primary school
drop-out. Due to poverty, he started working as a helper when he was about
14-15 years of age. While he was working at Singhu Border as labourer, he fell
in bad company and started gambling. He met accused Jitender @ Tinku @ Chhotu there
and soon they became good friends. In order to earn easy money in one go, he alongwith
Jitender committed the murder of Sh. Maman.
Ashok
@ Chautala was born in the year 1977 at village Bakner, Delhi. He has studied
upto 10th standard and has been working at Satyavadi Raja Harish
Chander Hospital, Narela, Delhi as a nursing orderly.
