One Shopkeeper Arrested with Duplicate Auto Tubes of Ceat Company

Official of District Investigation Unit of North Distt. arrested one shopkeeper namely Pawan Gupta S/o Late Ashok Kumar who were selling infringed auto tubes of  M/s Ceat Ltd. Company.

INCIDENT AND TEAM
On 29/09/2015, Sh. Aushutosh Kumar, authorized representative of M/s Bosch Ltd. Company gave information that one shopkeeper namely Pawan is selling duplicate Ceat Tube in Lahori Gate area. Accordingly a case vide FIR No. 255/15 u/s 63 Copy Right Act was registered at P.S. Lahori Gate, Delhi and investigation was taken up. During investigation, it came to notice that one shopkeepers namely Pawan Gupta S/o Late Ashok Kumar R/o H.No-8336, 3Rd Floor, Singhlu Building, Roshanara Road, Delhi who were selling infringed auto tubes of  M/s Ceat Ltd. Company at his shop no. 1654, S.P. Mukerjee Marg near Nawalty Cinema, Delhi. A team comprising of SI Ashish Dahima , HC Sanjay, HC Ambrish ,Ct Manish and Ct. Nitin under the close  supervision of Sh. Surendra Kumar, ACP/DIU was constituted.

INVESTIGATION
During the course of the investigation, raids were conducted at Shop No- 1654, S.P. Mukerjee Marg near Nawalty Cinema, Delhi. From where infringed auto tubes of Ceat Company were recovered. . Accused Pawan Gupta S/o Late Ashok Kumar R/o H.No-8336, 3Rd Floor, Singhlu Building, Roshanara Road, Delhi was arrested who was selling infringed auto parts of CEAT company at his shop. 

PROFILE OF ACCUSED
(1)    Pawan Gupta S/o Late Ashok Kumar R/o H.No-8336, 3Rd Floor, Singhlu Building, Roshanara Road, Delhi was running his auto parts shop at . 1654, S.P. Mukerjee Marg near Nawalty Cinema, Delhi and he was selling infringed auto parts of CEATcompany for the last 2/3 years as there was more profit in selling infringed auto parts in comparison with original parts. He was selling infringed products as genuine parts of company.

RECOVERY
From shop no. 1654, S.P. Mukerjee Marg near Nawalty Cinema, Delhi
(1)             106 piece of the packed infringed CEAT  tube
(2)             700  pieces  of the empty new wrapper of the CEAT Tube
Two iron dyes for making the word CEAT on tubes ( which are manufactured from IInd Class & sub standard material )

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
