Two Drug Traffickers Arrested in Two Separate Incidents

Crime Branch has apprehended two drug traffickers namely Mohd. Tabrej (42 yrs) s/o Ali Sajjad r/o JJ Colony, Bawana, Delhi and Chinedu Success @ Frank (33 yrs) s/o Borni Face r/o Isujaba Street, Lagos, Nigeria and recovered 180 gm of fine quality heroin and 30 gm of cocaine in two separate incidents.

        Two teams of Narcotics Cell led by DCP M.A. Rizvi and consisting of ACP Ravinder Kumar Tyagi, Insprs. Kuldeep Singh, Vivek Pathak, SI Shivdarshan, ASI Narender, HCs Sanjeev, Laxman, Cts Sunny, Rohit and W/Ct. Janita under the supervision of Addl.CP Alok Kumar have recovered 180 gm of fine quality heroin and 30 gm of cocaine in the following two separate incidents: -

1.           On 21.08.2015, a raid was conducted near bus stand, JJ Colony, Bawana, Delhi on the basis of a secret information and accused Mohd. Tabrej was apprehended alongwith 180 gm of fine quality heroin. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No.124/15 dated 21.08.2015 u/s 20/29 NDPS Act, PS Crime Branch, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi was registered and he was arrested.

2.           In another catch, acting on secret information one Nigerian national namely Chinedu Success @ Frank was apprehended on 21.08.2015 near Red Light, I.P. College, Sham Nath Marg, Delhi. He was found in possession of 30 gm of fine quality of cocaine and was arrested vide case FIR No.125/15 dated 21.08.2015 u/s 21 NDPS Act, PS Crime Branch, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.

1.           Mohd. Tabrej (42 yrs) was born in village Pakadiya, Distt. Darbhanga, Bihar. He belongs to a farmer family and has four brothers and six sisters. He could not complete his primary education and had eloped from the village alongwith some friends in the year 1984. In Delhi, he started living in a park near Jama Masjid where he used to sell fruits. After four years, he shifted to Sanjay Amar Colony, Yamuna Pushta Jhuggies and worked as a tea vendor. Thereafter, he started consuming and selling smack/heroin. He had shifted to JJ Colony, Bawana when Sanjay Amar Colony was demolished. He was a BC of PS Kotwali and is now of PS Narela. He is previously involved in 16 criminal cases.

2.           Chinedu Success @ Frank (33 yrs) r/o Nigeria has studied upto Higher Secondary School. His father is a farmer in his native place. After leaving studies, he started helping his family in agriculture. In November 2012, he came to India on Business visa and stayed in Delhi. He wanted to start textile business from India but suffered losses. In the meantime, he came in contact with two fellow Nigerian nationals namely Mark and Destiny who lived in Tuglaqabad, Delhi and were indulged in sale and supply of cocaine in the city. He started working for them to earn easy money. No valid travel document was found in his possession. Therefore, Section 14 of Foreigners Act has been added in the case.
