A Blind Murder Case Solved

On 20.08.2015 at about 8:20 AM  unknown person was found lying in the unconscious condition in a agriculture field near Mitraon Village. He was having slit injuries around his throat and also having injuries at face. Both hands of injured were tied with the cloth              (Gamchha),  he was taken to RTRM Hospital by PCR van, was further referred to Safdarjung Hospital treatment. At the spot one E-Riksha was also found. The broken pieces of liquor bottle, broken teeth, and other things were found scattered at the spot. On the facts a case vide FIR No.470/15 u/s 307 IPC was registered at PS BHD Nagar and investigation taken up.

             The injured was later on identified as Sajid @ Nawab s/o Allauddin r/o Village Tarva Mangar Pal,  PS Daryapur Distt Chapra Bihar aged about 22 years . He has been residing in Mitraon village for about last 6 months with his parents in the house of his brother-in-law namely Anjar, who works in Dubai. The injured died in Safdarjung Hospital on 20.08.2015 at 2040 hrs and Section 302 IPC was added in the case. . During investigation it was further revealed that the deceased Sajid @ Nawab was seen in the company of one Sombir r/o VPO Mitraon ND on 19.08.2015 in the E-riksha of Sajid. Sajid has been a good friend of Sombir  also.  On 23.08.2015 on receipt of secret information accused Sombir s/o satpal r/o VPO Mitraon aged about 23 yrs was apprehended. It was further revealed during investigation that on 19.08.2015 both Sajid and Sombir took liquor. Sajid was  having his girl friend resident of Gaziabad. Sombir has been pressing Sajid to get her introduced with Sombir but Sajid denied to do so. On 19.08.2015 Sombir again asked Sajid about his meeting with the girlfriend of Sajid. But Sajid refused and asked Sombir to hand over the key of his E-riksha and also the fare of E-riksha for the day. But the accused Sombir refused and took him in agriculture field in Mitraon village there they had quarrel/fight and Sombir overpowered, Sajid tied his hands with cloth (Gamcha) and then stabbed him with a broken liquor bottle and also attacked him with the bricks and run aways from the spot with two mobile phones of Sajid.   

             To apprehend the accused, a team comprising of Inspr. Vijay Kumar, SHO BHD Nagar, SI Sunder Singh, HC Randhir Singh, HC Krishan Kumar, Ct. Sanjeet and Ct Vikrant was constituted under the overall supervision of Sh.Jagjeet Sangwan, ACP/Najafgarh.


             Sombir s/o Satpal r/o VPO Mitraon, New Delhi aged about   23 years, educational qualification 10th pass and unemployed. His father is a farmer and having agriculture land in Mitraon and Village Bhurawas Rewari.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
