The Intrigue Puzzle of Brutal & Blind Murder of a Youth In Ranhola Solved

With the arrest of three criminals namely (1) Mansoor Ahmad (2) Anees Rana and (3) Rohil Saifi and recovery of the Santro Car used in the commission of crime and 02 Sim Cards belonging to the deceased person, the sleuths of police station Ranhola/West District have smashed a brutal and blind murder of a youth namely Shameem Saifi S/O Rohil Saifi R/O D-11, Gali No. 02 Sainik Enclave, A-D Block Vikas Nagar Delhi.

PROFILE :

1. Mansoor Ahmad S/O Naimu Shama Khan R/O B-140, Gali No. 18, Yadav Enclave, Vikas Nagar, Delhi Age-39 yrs. He is from a medium class family and working as a property dealer. He is a school dropout and studied upto 3^rd class only. He has his office in Vikas Nagar. Before one year,  one of his neighbors namely  Rohil Saifi had requested him to teach a lesson to his son namely Shameem Saifi because Rohil Saifi fed up with the nuisances created by his son Shameem Saifi since One and a half year. Rohil Saifi told him that on 09/05/2015 his son Shameem came and urinated on his face and threatened that he will also repeat the act to his sister and mother. He also told that his son Shameem Saifi was regularly beating him. A case of domestic violence is also in process against Shameem Saifi. The behavior of Shameem Saifi was very bad to all the family members.

On 27/06/2015 Shameem came to Mansoors office at 09/50 PM who was under the influence of liquor. He started revealing facts about the CAW Cell Seelam Pur case with him meanwhile Sikander, Babu and Aneesh Rana had also came there. After 5/7 minutes, Aneesh Rana left from there. Shameem Saifi remained there till 10/40 PM. In between Aneesh Rana reminded him about the promise given to the father of Shameem Saifi and asked him to complete the promise on that day. He asked Aneesh Rana to take Shameem to his uncle’s house i.e B-39, Gali No. 14, Yadav Enclave, Vikas Nagar, Delhi and asked him to offer more and more liquor to Shameem. He did so and took shameem on that house and gives more liquor to him. When Shameem doused badly Anees called Mansoor and both strangulated Shameem with the help of Mansoors Gamcha (Cotton Cloth). After confirming the death they took the dead body in a Santro Car. They dumped the dead body near Nala Sainik Enclave and fled from there.

During further investigation a notice u/s 41.1A CrPC dated 29/06/2015 was served upon him for interrogation but he gave evasive replies. During investigation his phone no. was placed on surveillance through CDR. Another notice u/s 41.1 A CrPC was also served upon him on 25.08.2015 and after much interrogation he admitted his role in this case. He has been arrested and the Santro Car used in the crime and 02 Sim Cards belonged to the deceased have been recovered.

2.            Anees Rana S/O Tehseem Rana R/O House No. A-28/29, Sainik Enclave, Vikas Vihar, Delhi Age-29 yrs. He is from a medium class family and is running a meat shop in Vikas Nagar.  The other facts are as narrated in the matter of Mansoor Ahmad.

3.             Rohil Saifi S/O Kashmir Saifi R/O D-11, Gali No. 02, Sainik Enclave Uttam Nagar, Delhi Age-55 yrs. He is from a medium class family and working as a timber merchant. He has 04 children. Shameem Saifi was his 2^nd no. child. Shameem Saifi was failed in 9^th class twice. Rohil Saifi noticed that his will not go further in studies he gets his son involved in his steel gate business. But Shameem started drinking liquor after falling in bad company. Shameem became drunkard and remained under influence of liquor round the clock. Shameem also started nuisances with each member of his family. He started beating him. Rohil Saifi thought that the behaviour of Shameem will change after his marriage but the idea got failed and all in vein as Shameem did not change at all even after his marriage with Shaista. Shaista left their house after altercation with Shameem and filed a complaint before CAW Cell Seelampur Delhi. On 09/05/2015 Shameem attended the CAW Cell and came back to his home and in the night he consumed liquor and urinated on the face of sleeping Rohil Saifi. He also threatened that he will repeat the same act on his sister and mother. Before one and a half year Rohil Saifi informed Mansoor and requested him to teach a lesson to his son namely Shameem Saifi because Rohil Saifi fed up with the nuisances created by his son Shameem Saifi. The remaining facts are as above. During interrogation with Mansoor Khan and Anees Rana both disclosed the role of Rohil Saifi and the offer given to them by him. He has been arrested in the case.

          A PCR Call Vide DD.No. 14-A Dated 28/06/2015  was received in PS Ranhola regarding lying of a male dead body on the Nalla road near Sat Sahib Garden Sainik Enclave, Mohan Garden Delhi. The call was entrusted to SI Jasvir Malik. On receiving this call, SI Jasvir Malik alongwith Ct. Satish No. 1124/W reached the spot. Insp. Surya Prakash alongwith HC Parmender 320/W & Ct. Vikas No. 995/W also reached there and found a male dead body was lying near the Nala Sainik Enclave. The investigation was started instantly and the deceased person was identified as Shameem Saifi with the recovery of purse from his pant.  Rohil Saifi father of the deceased was also present on the spot. From the beginning it was clear that Rohil Saifi had no sorrow for death of his son. His activities were noticed regularly. Local enquiries were also conducted at large scale.

          During investigation of FIR No. 491/2015 Dated 27/06/2015 U/S 302/201 IPC PS Ranhola Delhi, the activities were noticed regularly. Local enquiries were also conducted at large scale. various police teams consisting of SHO Ranhola Insp. Subhash Malik, ATO Ranhola and I.O of the case Insp. Surya Prakash, HC Sube Singh 490/W, HC Ajeet Singh 79/W, Constable Jagmohan No. 1712/W were constituted under the close supervision of ACP Nangloi Sh. Ingit Pratap Singh, IPS and various raids were conducted in Vikas Nagar and Jai Vihar and nearby areas. Several suspected persons and relatives were interrogated regarding the case. Various phone numbers placed on surveillance. Notice u/s 41.1 CrPC were served upon various persons. During further investigation it came to know that Mansoor Khan, Anees Khan and Rohil Saifi were the accused in this sensational murder. Ultimately Mansoor Khan and Aneesh Rana were arrested on 26/8/2015 and the car used in the crime was also recovered along with 02 SIM cards belonged to the deceased Shameem Saifi. They have disclosed the name of the father of deceased person. They also disclosed the entire conspiracy planned by him. He (Rohil Saifi) was arrested on the next day on 27/08/2015.
