Force on making Women Forum of confederation stronger.
New Delhi, 8 July 2017, Today, National Chairman of All India Confederation of SC/ST organizations, Dr. Udit Raj addressed thousands of officials and employees from all over India. He congratulated the newly organized Delhi Confederation Unit for successfully organizing this huge arrangement. The motto of this conference is not only to motivate and empower Schedule Caste people but also to serve the nation in a better way. The main point of discussion was that since 2003-04 the Confederation has been struggling for reservation in the private sector. The reason why many demands like Reservation in Promotion, Reservation in Judiciary, Caste Certificate have not been fulfilled is that it lacked the support of the Society. Schedule Caste people should not be entirely dependent on political power rather like the Jadav & Patel society who neglected the political guidance and brought their demands on the road to get them fulfilled.
Dr. Udit Raj said people should come to the confederation ‘to give’ instead of ‘to get’. When they are not satisfied with what they already have then how can the confederation satisfy them. People should join the confederation with the thought of sacrifice for society instead of gaining from the society. Confederation was established in year, 1997 to protest and to regain the 5 given reservation instructions and due to the struggle and fight 3 reservation forums were formed and that is why the reservation movement was saved.

Confederation Delhi Unit, President Stayanarayan said, “I and my whole team are thankful to National President, Dr. Udit Raj for showing trust in us. Delhi confederation will try to be the strongest and impactful among all the states” . Delhi confederation is already engaged in fight for rights of landholders of land which were allotted in twenty point program. Due to contractorship and outsourcing, govt. jobs are vanishing in Delhi. In this situation Schedule Caste people are getting unemployed rapidly and collaboration is also reducing.
National Chairman of Confederation, Dr. Udit Raj recently appointed Smt. Savita Kaddyan Pawar as National Convener of Women’s Confederation. Since then Savita is working to make the forum stronger by participating in various programs in and outside Delhi. The speed with which the women’s unit is progressing under her guidance is amazing and will soon leave an impact on the country.
Savita Kaddyan said, “Phule, Sahu and Ambedkar’s ideology was an equity oriented ideology which men apply to themselves only and when it comes to the women of their society then they think the same as male of other societies think. If men come forward and fight for the women’s right like freedom, equality and partnership then not only the women will rise but they will also become part of their struggle. Even today ladies are bound in the walls of shame and culture and this is why their contribution in partnership, education, health, economy is equivalent to nil. Baba Saheb Ambedkar visualizes women and child equal in all the sectors like economic, social and political instead of purity, holiness and character. The rituals, taboo and traditions should be same for men and women”.
