People Involved in Merciless Killing of Four Youths in Mitrau Village Arrested

A team of Special Cell led by Insp. Attar Singh and supervised by Sh. Sandeep Byala, ACP/Special Cell has arrested Rajesh @ Dinesh @ DK s/o Janak Raj r/o Village Darayapur, PS. Jafarpur, Delhi on 04/01/2015. One illegal English pistol of 9 MM and five live cartridges were recovered from arrested Rajesh @ Dinesh at the time of his arrest.  Case FIR No. 02/15 dated 04/01/2015 u/s 25 Arms Act PS Special Cell, Delhi has been registered regarding his arrest.  Arrested Rajesh was subjected to sustained interrogation. He has made startling disclosure about brutally killing four youths namely Manish, Sandeep, Sudhir and Deepak, all resident of village Mitrau in Delhi by him and his more than 15 other associates by indiscriminate firing with six sophisticated weapons in village Mitrau, Delhi. Thereafter they put bodies of deceased in Toyota Etios car belonging to deceased and put it on fire in village Iserheri, Distt., Jhajjar, Haryana to destroy evidence. Case FIR No. 03/15 dated 01/01/2015 u/s 148/149/364/302/201 IPC PS Sadar Bahahdurgarh, Haryana was found registered in this regard.

Brief facts of the case of mass murder are that four skeletons of male persons were found in a burnt Toyota Etios car No. DL8C AF 7229 in the fields of village Iserheri, PS Sadar Bahadurgarh, Distt. Jhajjar, Haryana in the morning of 01/01/2015. Two skeletons were found in the boot and remaining two skeletons were found between seats of the car. Deceased were later identified as Manish, Sandeep and Sudhir all three residents of village Mitrau in Delhi and one Deepak resident of village Samaspur, Delhi. A case FIR No. 03/15 was lodged at PS Sadar Bahadurgarh and investigation was taken up by Haryana Police.

In view of the brutality and severity of gruesome crime, sleuths of Special Cell deployed their sources to solve the case. Sharp surveillance was kept in village Mitrau, Delhi. Necessary intelligence was collected in this regard. Suspects were identified and discreet watch kept upon their movements continuously for three days. During surveillance it was found that all the above mentioned four victims were eliminated in a revenge killing by members of rival gang of Ravinder @ Bholu. Naveen Khati and Ravinder @ Bhola both residents of village Mitrau, Delhi are having rivalry for supremacy in the area. On a tip off received by SI Jeetendra Tiwari on 04/01/2015, trap was laid near DC Office, Khanjawala Road, Delhi. Rajesh @ Dinesh @ DK was apprehended at about 02:15 PM and one English pistol of 09 MM and 05 live cartridges were recovered from his possession at the time of his arrest. During investigation one more pistol of .32 bore alongwith 04 live cartridges was recovered from the house of the accused Rajesh in village Dariyapur. Accused Rajesh disclosed that both the pistols were used in killing of four youths.

Rajesh was subjected to further sustained interrogation wherein it was disclosed that he alongwith Ravinder @ Bholu, his brother Dharmender @ Gollu, other associates namely Gopal @ Pale a residents of village Mitrau, Lalit @ Laden resident of Gola Dairy, Najafgarh, and Jitender @ Choti resident of Daryapur, Najafgarh, Delhi planned revenge killing of the brother of Naveen Khati namely Manish and his other associates. As per plan above six alongwith others namely Ashok, Rahul s/o Satte, Ravinder @ Tarzan, all three residents of village Mitrau, Amit resident of Tura Mandi, Najafgarh, Delhi, Akash @ Aka, Rohit @ Dhillu and Mukesh @ Mukki, all three residents of village Dariyapur, Delhi, and 3-4 unknown associates of Ravinder @ Bholu had assembled at office cum residence of Ravinder @ Bholu in village Mitrau, Delhi on the intervening night of 31/12/2014 and 01/01/2015. They had already procured 06 sophisticated English pistols to execute the plan. On 31/12/2014, they discussed a plan to kill them when they will pass through near their office after finishing their new year party. Rival group was having party in the office of one Bhupesh, also a resident of Mitrau. As per plan, the Etios car, in which the four victims were going to their houses after the party, was forcibly stopped near office of Bholu. All four were bundled in the office of Ravinder @ Bholu and they were shot dead. Ravinder @ Bholu, Dharmender @ Golu, Rajesh @ Mogali, Ashok, Gopal @ Pali, Lalit @ Laden and one associate of Lalit fired upon them with six pistols. All four were killed instantly. Their dead bodies were kept in Etios car i.e two bodies in the boot and two bodies between the seats. Etios car was driven in the fields of village Iserheri. The accused persons followed the said car in their Safari SUV. They sprinkled petrol upon the bodies and car and set it on fire.

During interrogation Rajesh disclosed about gang rivalry of Ravinder @ Bholu and Naveen Khati. Ravinder Bholu and Naveen Khati both are BC of PS Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi. Earlier both were members of Anoop gang. But after death of Anoop differences cropped up between both. Ravinder @ Bholu incited Pardeep Kumar, resident of Mitrau to kill Naveen Khati. Naveen got wind of evil designs of Bholu and he himself killed Pradeep in the year 2010. This infuriated Ravinder @ Bholu. In one incident Naveen Khati urinated in the mouth of Ravinder @ Bholu when both were lodged in the Central jail, Tihar. Ravinder felt humiliated. In the year 2014 Pratap, an associate of Bhlou was shot dead by four associates of Naveen Khati namely Anand, Neeraj, Rajesh Khote, Deepak Dagar (deceased in present case) for which a case FIR No. 127/14 dated 10/03/2014 u/s 302/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act, was registered with PS Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi. Ravinder @ Bholu was nursing serious grudge against the family of Naveen Khati due to above facts. Manish, brother of Naveen Khati (one of four deceased) was a cable operator of that area. Deepak, another deceased was arrested in murder case of Pratap and attempt to murder case of Ravinder @ Bholu. Remaining two deceased were friends of Deepak and Manish. 

It has also been found out that Naveen Khati, while lodged in jail planned attack upon Ravinder @ Bholu. He got it executed through his associates namely Deepak, Neeraj, Nukul and Sajjan when they fired three rounds upon Ravinder @ Bholu. Two bullets hit him in the abdomen and one in the leg. However he survived the attack. Case FIR No. 348/14 dated 07/06/2014 u/s 307 IPC 25/27 Arms Act PS Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi was registered in this regard. Ravinder @ Bholu wanted to avenge the said attack. Shooting four youths dead and burning of their bodies was a result of gang rivalry and above attempt to murder case.
