Five Desperate Criminals Involved in 30 Heinous Cases, Arrested



                     Police Station Nihal Vihar, West District has  arrested five  desperate criminals (1) Sanjay Kumar-Active BC of PS Nangloi (2) Punit @ Rohla (3) Rahul  Baradwaj (4) Sumit and (5) Aslam wanted in a heinous case reported vide FIR No. 01/15 u/s 307/34 IPC P.S. Nihal Vihar. 1 Pistol along with  2 live cartages, Skoda Car and Maruti Zen car used in the commission of the offence  have been recovered.

1     Sanjay Kumar, aged 37 years  S/O Om Parkash R/O  H.No 106, Kamrudin Nagar, Delhi has studied upto 12th standard. He is married and has two children. He is unemployed and to enjoy his own lifestyle, joined the company of notorious criminals. He is an active Bad Character of Police station Nangloi and having criminal involvements in 30 heinous cases.

2. Rahul Baradwaj, aged 23 years  S/O Ram Phal R/O H. No 54, Extn-2B, Nangloi, Delhi is a Mechanical Engineer student of Guru Nanak Dev College, Rohini, Delhi. He is married and depends upon his father who is having a bag factory. To enjoy his lifestyle he joined the criminals. He is previously involved two criminal cases, i.e. U/S 448/506/34 IPC & 30 Arms Act, P.S. Nihal Vihar and U/S 323/451/452/506/34 IPC, P.S.Punjabi Bagh

3. Punit, aged 19 years S/0 Shree Om R/O I -378, Shiv Ram Park,Gali No 18, Nihal Vihar, Delhi is a school dropout. He is unmarried and doing a job in a transport company.  To enjoy his lifestyle he joined the criminals.

4. Sumit, aged 24 years  S/O Hariom Mishra R/o I- 235, Gali No. 16, Shiv Ram Park, Delhi has studied upto 10th standard and doing job in a transport company. Also, To enjoy his lifestyle he joined the criminals.

  1. Aslam aged 24 years s/o Babu Khan R/o H. No. 145 Nilothi  Village, Delhi is an illiterate and running a barber shop in  Nilothi village. Also, to enjoy his lifestyle he joined the criminals
   
RECOVERIES:-
    1    One Pistol alongwith 2 live cartridges.

INCIDENT :
On 1.1.15, a PCR call was received regarding accident and injured near Punjab & Sind Bank, Main Najafgarh Road, Delhi. The same was entrusted to HC Sunil Dutt  No. 610/W for further proceeding. He alongwith staff reached the spot and found that the injured had already been rushed to Satya Bhama Hospital, Nangloi. Later, he was  shifted to MGS Hospital, Punjabi Bagh and is still hospitalized there in severe condition.

INVESTIGATION/INTEROGATION:- During the course of investigation, a special team  consisting Inspr. Ashe Ram, SHO/ Nihal Vihar, Inspr.  Pawan Kumar , HC Anil Kumar 159/W, HC Manoj 337/W, HC Rakesh 1788/W, HC Sunil Dutt 610/W, Ct. Krishan 1475/W, CT. Anil 2312/W, Ct. Pardeep 1099/W, under the  overall supervision of ACP/Nangloi  Sh. Ingit Pratap Singh was constituted to nab the culprits. The team swung into action and sources were also deployed. On 2/1/15, acting on a tip off received from secret source, the above mentioned accused persons were arrested.         

          During sustained interrogation, Sanjay confessed that he alongwith his four accomplices came at Regal Checken Corner, Nangloi Najafgarh Road and asked shopkeeper to give Non-Veg them first, whereas Lalit @ Suuny (Victim) and his friend Mohit were already present there. On that issue, an altercation/hot arguments occurred among them. Lalit @ Sunny (injured) was beaten by them. But after sometime, both Lalit @ Sunny (injured)  and his friend fled in panic. They followed them and caught the victim after some distance and  again started beating. During fighting, Sanjay fired 3 bullets upon the Victim. Lalit sustained bullet injury in the head (right side of the temple). He was immediately rushed to nearest Satya Bhama Hospital but  soon referred to MGS hospital Panjabi Bagh. Doctor observed that it was not simple case; there is apprehension that the gun shot has been sustained.

During the treatment at MGS hospital, the doctor opined that a bullet was present in the head of injured person and is still in ICU struggling for life. The accused Sanjay is an active BC of PS Nangloi have 30 cases of Heinous and is a desperate criminal. The weapon of offence country made pistol + 2 live cartages along with three vehicles involved in the crime have been recovered. All of them have been produced before Hon’ble Court and are now in JC.

                Accused Sanjay procured this Pistol one year back from unknown person at the Meerut-Delhi bus stand.  Further investigations are underway. The staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. MOST WANTED GANGSTER NAMELY GYANENDER @ GADGU REWARDEE OF RS.1 LAC ALONGWITH HIS ASSOCIATE RAJIV DAHIYA @ RAJU ARRESTED

Crime Branch has arrested two dreaded and desperate criminals namely (1) Gyanender @ Gadgu (29 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Village Mandhothi, Distt.
