Gang of Cheaters Busted, Running Fake Insurance Company
With
the arrest of two cheaters, the sleuths of police station Janak Puri/WEST
DISTRICT have busted a gang of cheaters duping the innocent people in the
name of insurance.

Jwahar Mishra R/O E-40, Sewak Par, First Floor, Near Dwarka Mor Delhi.
permanent resident of Madhubani Bazar, near Thana Chawk Distt. Purnia, Bihar.
He is 22 years old and did his schooling from his native place and further
pursuing Hotel Management Course. But he left his studies because of poverty
and came in contact of Muninder Kumar Prajapati @ Janki @ Prakash and became
associate director of City Solution and
Max Value Services (fake companies). As these fake companies allured people
that their policies will be restored and they would be
compensated with huge interest. On this pretext, they credited huge
amount from innocent persons into their account fraudulently. He further
confessed that because of poverty he couldn’t fulfill his ambition and wanted
to become wealthier to lead a luxurious life.
Sudhir
Kumar Dhiman S/O Om
Prakash Dhiman R/O E-129, Tagore Garden
Delhi age 28 years. He studied upto 8th class. He couldn’t
proceed his further studies because of
poverty. He joined City Solution
company around one month back and used to collect the cheques and cash
from incumbents. He was offered to pay Rs. 10,000/- PM and enhancement of
salary by the directors of this companies chiefly by Muninder Kumar Prajapati @
Prakash.
Complainant Chand Kiran Yadav R/O
Alwar, Rajasthan reported to local police station that around two months back
he received a call that his lapse policy would be refunded with interest but he
has to pay some clearance charges. Complainant paid Rs. 7500/- and cumulatively
he paid Rs. 68700/-. Complainant again received a call posing himself an employee
of RBI and said that there are new guidelines of RBI and according to these
directions Rs. 1,45,000/- would be paid to him against the amount of Rs. 84,000/-
to which complainant has already paid to PNB Metlite insurance company and has
to pay more Rs. 12500/- for the
other clearance charges. On this,
SHO/Janak Puri-Inspr. R.S. Meena constituted a team and a trap was laid with
the help of complainant as the
complainant was asked to send the cheque of Rs. 12500/- through overnight
courier express. On 25.11.15 two persons namely Dheeraj Kuamr Mishra and Sudhir
Kumar Dhiman were arrested and a case vide FIR No. 1488/15 u/s 406/420/34 IPC
was registered at PS Janak Puri and the investigation was taken up. Their other
associates are absconding.
Under
the close supervision of ACP/Vikas Puri and on the directions of Insp. R.S.
Meena SHO/ JanakPuri a team comprising
SI Jagtar Singh, SI Laxman, Ct. Bharat No. 1298/W, Ct. Raju No. 1797/W, Ct.
Naresh No. 3052/W and Ct. Mukesh No. 1603/W was constituted. The complainant
was asked to send the cheque through overnight express courier as complainant
had earlier sent the cheques through this courier company. Accordingly, he sent
the cheque and two accused namely Dheeraj Kuamr Mishra and Sudhir Kumar Dhiman were
nabbed. Dheeraj Kumar Mishra disclosed
that he along with his other associates is running a City Solution Insurance
Company at WZ-246,B-1, Main Najafgarh Road, Uttam Nagar and another office at
815A, Jaina Tower-II, District Center, Janak Puri. He further disclosed that
they were also running other insurance company in the name of Max Value Services. They used to allure those
innocent peoples who had opened their Insurance Policies and their policies
have been elapsed because of the non-payment of installments. They allured them
that their policies would be continued or the whole amount will be returned
back to them with interest. On this pretext, they asked them to credit some
amount such as Rs. 7500/-, Rs. 8500/- or so on. Ultimately, they duped innocent
persons of lacs of rupees. During the course of sustained interrogation, they
disclosed that they also duped the peoples by offering them tour travel and
holiday packages, insurance and other policies.
RECOVERY: - Two fake stamps in the name of
City Solution and Max Value Services, 5 mobile phones and other fake documents
relating to both companies, some fake IDs, cheque of Rs. 12500/- and three
cheque receipts of overnight express courier of
Rs. 7500/, Rs. 10500/- and Rs. 30500/-.
The accused
persons used to induce the poor and innocent persons that they will restore
their elapse policies and compensate them the entire amount with interest but
for this the incumbents have to credit some amount in the account of accused
persons and they asked repeatedly to the incumbent to deposit more and more
installments for clearance/tax. Apart from this, they allured the peoples for
fake holiday packages and policies.
