A Desperate Criminal Wanted in a Murder Case Arrested



Crime Branch has succeeded in arresting a desperate criminal namely Dushyant @ Kake (28 yrs.) s/o Biri Singh r/o House No.348, Sainik Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi who was wanted in a murder case registered vide FIR No.1230/14 u/s 302/307/34 IPC & 25 Arms Act, PS Mangolpuri, Delhi and evading arrest for about one and a half years.

INCIDENT:-

On the night intervening 14/15-07-14, three persons namely Rohit, Balkar, Sandeep @ Monu and Prince had gone to the house of their rival Badal Bhardwaj at Lotus Enclave Pitampura to settle some dispute. Dushyant, Rakesh and his brother Deepak @ Deepu were having drinks with Badal in his house. The groups were dealing in providing finance in market at very high rates of interest. A quarrel took place there due to which Rakesh fired one shot and Dushyant also took out a pistol. Suddenly Badal took pistol from him and shot Prince dead. A case vide FIR No.1230/14 u/s 302/307/34 IPC & 25 Arms Act, PS Mangolpuri, Delhi was registered in this regard. Accused Badal and Deepak were arrested in the case but Dushyant was evading arrest since then.

INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION:-

        An input was received by Special Team that one Dushyant @ Kake who is involved the above case is residing in Barabanki (UP). On receipt of the information, a team led by DCP Rajeev Sharma and consisting of ACP Jitender Singh, Inspr. Hariwansh Singh, ASIs Gurcharan Singh, Yashpal Singh, HCs Kapil, Surender, Sanjeev Kumar, Anil Kumar, Cts. Sandeep, Deepesh, Sunil Singh and Praveen was immediately constituted under the supervision of Addl.CP Alok Kumar to nab him.

After developing the information, the team nabbed Dushyant @ Kake from Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh on the identification of the informer and has been arrested under the appropriate sections of law for his involvement in the case.

 PROFILE OF THE ACCUSED:-

Accused Dushyant @ Kake was born in Railway Colony, Shakurpur, Delhi. His father was an employee with Railway Protection Force. He has studied up to 12th standard and practised wrestling in Akhara for five years. Later, he came in contact with one Badal Bhardwaj, a notorious criminal of North West Delhi and his friends namely Rakesh and Deepak @ Deepu. They were dealing in finance in the market at higher interest rates. Badal Bhardwaj leads rival gang of Neeraj Bawania. Accused Dushyant @ Kake was absconding in the murder case and he had shifted to Barabanki. A cash reward of Rs. 50,000/- was on his arrest in the case.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
