Accused Arrested in Robbery Case by PS Maurya Enclave Red Handed By Police Team

With the red handed arrest of accused Jitender S/o Vrindavan R/o Jhuggi No. D -111, GP Block, Pitampura, Delhi, the local police of PS Maurya Enclave, North West District has worked out case FIR No. 1094, U/s 392/411 IPC.  Accused Jitender was apprehended red handed by Ct. Ramesh 2461/NW and Ct. Stander 2203/NW. During interrogation, the accused confessed to have committed the above mentioned robbery.
Shri Manish (age-32 years) S/o Suresh Aharwal R/o H.No. C-384, Gali No. 03, Near Lokesh Cinema, Nangloi, Delhi stated that on 18.11.2015 while he was returning to his home from NP-102 Pitampura. When he reached near District Park Gate Opposite LU Block, PitamPura, an unknown 24-25 year old person came from behind a tree and grabbed his neck and robbed his mobile phone (make Samsung Duos)with cash Rs.360/- and fled away in the District Park soon after committing the crime. The accused also threatened to kill him in case he shout for help. When he reached the red light near City Park Hotel he saw two Police Constables Ramesh and Satender who are on patrolling duty.  He stopped and narrated the entire incident to the two constables. The two constables immediately rushed towards the District Park along with the complainant.The two Police Constable suspected that the person who had robbed the complainant would be still hiding in the District Park, hence they started looking for the accused at the possible hiding points i.e. behind trees, shrubs, behind the vehicles, etc.  After extensive search, both constables were able to nab the accused who ws hiding behind the parked vehicles.  The constables also recovered complainant’s mobile and cash recovered from the possession of the accused who was identified as Jitender S/o Vrindavan R/o Jhuggi No. D -111, GP Block ,Pitampura, Delhi.

The Accused used to roams in the parks and spot vulnerable victims to commit robbery in the District Park Pitampura.

The following investigation team under the supervision of SHO Inspr.Mukesh Kumar reached at the incident spot timely and apprehended the above mentioned accused.

On perusal of record it has also been found that the accused namely Jitender S/o Vrindavan R/o Jhuggi No.  D-111, GP Block ,Pitampura, Delhi is a desperate robber and was involved in case FIR No.480/13 U/S 392/397/34 IPC PS Maurya Enclave. It also has been found that the accused was not appearing in the court and a non-bailable warrant was also issued against him for dated 19.02.2016.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
