नई दिल्ली, 28 नवम्बर।  दिल्ली प्रदेष भाजपा अध्यक्ष श्री सतीष उपाध्याय ने कहा है कि केजरीवाल सरकार के लोकपाल बिल के उन्हीं के पूर्व सहयोगी श्री प्रषान्त भूशण द्वारा किये गये विष्लेशण के बाद यह स्पश्ट है कि केजरीवाल सरकार की लोकपाल स्थापना की कोई मंषा नहीं है। केन्द्र के अधिकार क्षेत्र को दिल्ली राज्य के लोकपाल बिल में सम्मिलित करना दर्षाता है कि श्री केजरीवाल की बिल को पास कराने की कोई इच्छा नहीं है। प्रस्तावित लोकपाल बिल का मसौदा उतना ही विवादित है जितना इस बिल के लिये संविधानिक प्रक्रिया को पूरा किये बिना विधानसभा में प्रस्तुत करने का उनका अडि़यल रूख। केजरीवाल सरकार का नया प्रस्तावित लोकपाल बिल का मसौदा उनके लालू यादव और कांग्रेस के लिये दिखे नये प्रेम से प्रभावित लगता है।

With the arrest of Pradeep Shukla S/o Raj Narayan Shukla r/o H.No. 1882, Jagram Mandir, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi the biggest misappropriation ever from a cash van in the history of Delhi Police has been worked out by the team of South-East District. On 26.11.2015 a PCR call at 5:48 pm was received at P.S. Okhla Industrial Area regarding theft of cash from the Cash Van. After receiving this call/information ACP/Kalkaji along with SHO/OIA reached at the place of incident i.e. Near Govind Puri Metro Station , Maa Anand Mai Marg. With the arrest of one transport agent, namely Sanjay Kumar Nirwan (Age 48 years) r/o Pitampura Delhi, the team of Central District police has recovered 1705 kg of banned red Sandal wood/khair. An information was received at AATS/Central District, Delhi regarding transportation of some wooden articles via Thomson Road, New Delhi Railway Station. On this, a team comprising of Insp. The Special Staff of South-East District has arrested a desperate criminal namely  Mohd  Aarif aged 19 years s/o Ishraj Ahmed r/o Ajay Nagar, Ismailpur, Faridabad (Haryana)  who was wanted in an attempt to murder case of PS Sarita Vihar. One stolen motorcycle and 5 mobile phones of different make and model have been recovered from his possession. With the red handed arrest of accused Jitender S/o Vrindavan R/o Jhuggi No. D -111, GP Block, Pitampura, Delhi, the local police of PS Maurya Enclave, North West District has worked out case FIR No. 1094, U/s 392/411 IPC.  Accused Jitender was apprehended red handed by Ct. Crime Branch has busted a syndicate of Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) with the arrest of Bihar based mastermind Haridya Thakur (29 yrs) s/o Ramdev Thakur r/o Village Tilua, PS Nottan, Distt. West Champaran (Bettiah), Bihar and his close associate Nagender Ram @ Chet Ram (34 yrs) r/o Village Tilua, PS Nottan, Distt. West Champaran (Bettiah), Bihar who were operating in Delhi and FICN of Rs.500/- and Rs.1,000/- denominations amounting to Rs.1.05 lac recovered. The FICN were being trafficked in India from Nepal by this syndicate.         Secret inputs were received by HCs Rakesh, Parveen and Ct. Nishant of Central Range about a syndicate of FICN racketeers operating clandestinely and circulating FICN in Delhi NCR. Accordingly, a strategy was chalked out to develop the inputs in order to bust this syndicate.
