Uttam Nagar Kidnapping, Sexually Assaulted & Attempt to Murder Case of Minor Girl Cracked

·       TWO NOTORIOUS CRIMINALS  ARRESTED

·       Bolero Car used in commission of crime recovered.

·       The victimized minor girl was taken to Greater Noida (U.P.) and molested and fired upon there.      as she attempted to flee from their clutches.

·       Abductors dumped the victim in a dry well.

            In a joint operation, the detective sleuths of West District Police, viz. Special Task Force/West and staff of PS Uttam Nagar and Special Staff/West have cracked the sensational   kidnapping, sexually assaulted & attempt to murder case of Uttam Nagar, with the arrest of two notorious criminals.

·         Mohit @ Kishan  S/o Jagat Singh R/o Village Imliyaka,  Post Kasan, Tehsil Sadar, police station  Ecoteck-1, Gautam Budh Nagar  U.P., Age-22 years, Education:- 9^th class pass, Occupation:- liquor selling.

·         Vipin s/o Daya Ram r/o Village Imliyaka,  Post Kasan, Tehsil Sadar, police station  Ecoteck-1, Gautam Budh Nagar  U.P. , age-22 years, Education:- B.A. (Ist year). Occupation:- Student.

               On 22.11.2015, ccomplainant Shri Dhara Singh r/o Uttam Nagar, New Delhi reported to the local police that his daughter (minor), Age-14 years had gone to fetch milk from the nearby milk-booth, but she did not return back to house. Accordingly, case FIR No. 1513/15 u/s 363 IPC was registered at P.S. Uttam Nagar. Investigation of the case was taken up earnestly and sincere efforts were made to trace out victim girl. 

               On 06.12.2015, information was received at P.S. Uttam Nagar that the victim girl was admitted to Yatharth Hospital, Sector Omega-I, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. by PCR van-74 (P.S. Greater Noida, U.P.)  alleged history of sexual assault followed by gunshot injuries in chest. Thereafter, the victim was shifted to Appollo Hospital, Delhi for her further treatment. The statement of victim   u/s 161 CR.P.C. was recorded in Appolo hospital as well as statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C. was also recorded in Appollo Hospital on the very same day.  She alleged that three persons had kidnapped her in a car and confined in a room in Greater Noida. All the three persons sexually assaulted her. Thereafter, they brought her to the field  and fired gunshot injuries on her chest. After that they threw her in a dry well during night.  In the morning, when she gained consciousness,  she raised an alarm and someone called the police and PCR Van brought her to Yatharth Hospital.

             Sensing the gravity of the case, three teams; one headed by Inspr. Girish Kumar-STF/West, comprising SI Satendra Khari, SI Sandeep Dabas, ASI Satish Kaushik, HC Manish, HC Ram Lal, Ct Amit, Ct. Rashid Khan, CT. Harjinder, Ct  Adesh Tyagi , Ct Harbir and Ct. Jitender. The  second team headed by Inspr. Bhagwan Singh SHO/Uttam Nagar, comprising W/SI Anita and SI Govind and the third team headed by Inspr. Surender Rathi-Special Staff/West, under the supervision of ACP/Vikas Puri Mrs. Omwati Malik, ACP/Operation Cell/W- Shri Dinesh Kumar. During the course of investigation technical surveillance was mounted and local intelligence was gathered from Greater Noida and Delhi. After having worked relentlessly on the basis of secret information and technical surveillance accused Kishan @ Mohit s/o Jagat Singh and Vipin s/o Daya Ram were arrested.

     The accused were interrogated at length. Initially, they tried to mislead the police but on sustained interrogation they broke down and disclosed about their involvement in the case. As per their disclosure, Mohit stated that he got the mobile number of girl from a friend and started talking to her. He introduced himself Krishna to her and said that he is property dealer having office in Noida and influenced her with his sound financial status. The girl under this influence befriended with him. Having won the confidence of the girl he along with one of his friend Vipin, Co-accused went Uttam Nagar to meet her on 21.11.15. The girl came to meet Mohit, they took her in their Santro Car to Greater Noida forcibly and assaulted her on the way. The duo then took a rented room in Tugal village near Pari Chowk , Greater Noda and made her captive. They were then joined by Devender @ Deva @ Mulla @ Daku who is elder brother of Mohit, History Sheeter of P.S. ECO Tech –I, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. All the three accused then sexually assaulted but when they became satiated with their lust of molestation/sexual assault, they thought to get rid of her. They had a fear of being caught by the police, hence they conspired to eliminate  her so that they could not be caught by police. In order to eliminate her, Devender asked Vipin to bring the girl to his field on the pretext of freeing her. Vipin took her to his fields on 05/12/2015 in a white Bolero car of Devender where Devender and Mohit were already awaiting. They forcibly kept the girl inside the Bolero car and started drinking liquor and became inebriated and then again sexually assaulted her. They took her near a dry well and fired upon the girl that hit her above the abdomen. Then they threw the girl in a dry well, thinking her dead and left the scene. The girl was discovered by the local villagers and they informed the local police. The girl narrated the whole ordeal to the police and came to know that girl belongs to Uttam Nagar, Delhi. 

Now, the victimized minor girl is under medical supervision. A manhunt has been seriously launched to track and nab absconding accused.
