PCR Staff apprehended one robber and two minors from the area of PS-Paschim Vihar, West Distt. Delhi

On dated 06/07.12.2015, PCR staff of MPV P-20 apprehended one robber namely Sachin Kumar S/o Sh. Nirmal Kumar, R/o H.No. K-2/79, Nihal Vihar, age 18 years and two minors and recovered two mobile phones from their possession. A case vide FIR No. 827/15, U/S 411/392/34 IPC has been registered in PS-Paschim Vihar.

1.    Sachin Kumar S/o Sh. Nirmal Kumar, R/o H.No. K-2/79, Nihal Vihar, age 18 years
2.    Two minors

Sequence of the incident
      On dated 06/07.12.2015 at 08:15 PM, ASI Dharam Singh, No. 5340/PCR, Ct. Varun, No. 11023/PCR and Ct. (Dvr.) Kuldeep, No. 9740/PCR of MPV P-20 were deployed on patrol duty near Radisson Hotel. As they reached near District Park, Paschim Vihar, one person approached them and informed that 2/3 persons riding on white color scooty had snatched his mobile phone by force and left towards Meera Bagh. The complainant also gave the description of one of the accused that pillion rider was also wearing blue color jacket.


      On receipt of the information the PCR staff rushed towards Meera Bagh and spotted the same scooty near Meera Bagh Red Light which was used in committing crime. The staff immediately chased them and intercepted them near main gate of RBI colony. The occupants were overpowered and their personal search was conducted and recovered two mobile phones from their possessions. On the preliminary enquiry one of them was identified as Sachin Kumar S/o Sh. Nirmal Kumar, R/o H.No. K-2/79, Nihal Vihar, age 18 years and two minors. Subsequently, the PCR staff informed to Control Room. Thus, local police reached the spot. On the statement of the complainant a case vide FIR No. 827/15, U/S 411/392/34 IPC has been registered in PS-Paschim Vihar and investigation is in progress.

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi.
