DESPARATE AUTO-LIFTERS/SNATCHERS ARRESTED BY THE SPECIAL STAFF OF SOUTH-WEST DISTRICT

A team of sleuths of Special Staff of South West District, comprising SI Naveen Kumar; ASI Dharambeer, HC Ashok Kumar; HC Sriom,  HC Jaivir; HC Manoj,  Constables Rakesh and Naresh under the close supervision of Insp. Ramesh Kumar  arrested 2 desperate auto-lifters/snatchers. Both arrested persons are involved in several cases of auto-lifting/snatching. Total 7 cases have been worked out.
Team and operation
As more and more incidents of snatching and theft were being reported in the area, a dedicated team of special staff South-West District was formed to arrest the offenders. The team got inside information from an informer on 06.12.15 that two of such criminals would come on authority road Sector-10 Dwarka. A trap was laid and the above accused were arrested on a motorcycle which was found to be stolen from Uttam Nagar area. 3 mobiles were also recovered from them which turned out to be snatched from area of south-west district. During interrogation, accused confessed that they are involved in several such crimes and 2 more stolen motorcycles were recovered on their instance.
Interrogation:
During sustained interrogation, the criminals confessed that they are involved in various cases of snatching, burglary and auto-lifting. Md Sarver @ Sajan is fond of having several girl friends and to meet the expenses he started petty crimes and now was carrying out the snatching etc. He has been named  Saajan by his friends as he had many girlfriends. Balram @ Babloo is friend of Md Sarver. Balram is alcoholic and to meet his expenses, started snatching and auto-lifting. He was arrested this year in snatching and theft cases. Both accused committed various snatching/burglary and auto-lifting.

·         Md Sarvar Ali @ Sajan S/O Md Mukbil R/o HN-30, Vishu Vihar, Bindapur, Uttam Nagar, Delhi  Age- 22 Yrs.

·         3 Snatch Mobiles

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi. Crime Branch has arrested two dreaded and desperate criminals namely (1) Gyanender @ Gadgu (29 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Village Mandhothi, Distt.
