 SENSATIONAL DOUBLE MURDER CASE OF PS CHHAWLA SOLVED WITH THE ARREST OF SANDEEP @ KALE, A CLOSE ASSOCIATE OF NOTORIOUS GANGSTER KAPIL SANGWAN @ NANDU.

Crime Branch has arrested a dreaded/notorious criminal who is an associate of gangster of Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu namely Sandeep @ Kale (29 yrs) s/o Rajbir Singh r/o Village Silothi, PS Sadar Bhadurgarh, Haryana who was wanted in a sensational double murder case and murder of a retired Delhi Police Head Constable Harikishan of PS Chhawla, Delhi. One swift car has been recovered from him which was used in commission of crime.

INCIDENT: -

            Frequent shoot-outs in South-West Delhi had created panic. Back to back murders were reported in the area of PS Chhawla on the intervening night of 20/21 December 2015 in a span of just three hours. The second incident was gruesome revenge of the first murder. In the first incident, one Nafe Singh @ Mantri and his associates had committed murder of one Sunil @ Doctor, brother-in-law of notorious gangsters Jyoti and Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu. The deceased was also pursuing the court cases and doing pairavi of Jyoti and Nandu. The incident had taken place at the office of a bookie Surajbhan @ Ballu at Village Deenpur, Delhi and the same was reported vide FIR No.766/15 u/s 302/307/34 IPC & 27 Arms Act, PS Chhawla, Delhi.

After a few hours, brother of gangster Jyoti namely Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu and his associates attacked the house of Nafe Singh @ Mantri at Village Ghummanhera and fired indiscriminately at his father, a retired Delhi Police Head Constable, his mother and his wife. Nandu even wanted to kill the children but they were saved by his associates convincing him that the kids were not at fault and should be spared. Father of Mantri, Shri Hari Kishan died on the spot and the two women were seriously injured. This incident was reported vide FIR No.767/15 u/s 302/307/34 IPC & 27 Arms Act, PS Chhawla, Delhi.

            On 31/12/2015, a close aide of Nafe Singh @ Mantri namely Dharmender @ Madu s/o Vinod r/o Village Shikarpur, Delhi was arrested by the Crime Branch in the case of the murder of Sunil @ Doctor. Again on 11/01/2016, Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu and his associates, for taking revenge, attacked the house of Dharmender @ Madu at Village Sikarpur and shot indiscriminately at his brother Kamal and his father Shri Vinod Kumar who died on the spot. This incident was reported vide FIR No.24/16 u/s 302/34 IPC & 27 Arms Act, PS chhawla, Delhi.

INFORMATION AND OPERATION: -

            A team of South Western Range of Crime Branch was tasked to work on Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu gangs since all the culprits were absconding. On 28/01/2016, an information was received by HC Randhawa that a close aide of Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu namely Sandeep @ Kale r/o village Silothi, Bhadurgarh, Haryana is wanted in the sensational double murder case and murder of a retired police head constable Hari Kishan of PS Chhawla would come to Nanak Pio, Mitrao Raod, Delhi to visit someone. On this information, a team led by ACP Kailash Chandra, consisting of Insprs. Yashpal Singh, SI Kuldeep Sharma, HCs Randhawa, Sanjay Guleria, Ravinder, Gangadhar, was constituted under the supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh to nab him. On the basis of this information, a trap was laid at the given place and the accused Sandeep @ Kale was apprehended.

INTERROGATION & PROFILE: -

            During interrogation, accused Sandeep @ Kale revealed that he has studied upto 12^th standard from Open School. Presently, he was driving his canter which was attached with a gas agency in Najafgarh Delhi. In the year 2013, he fell into bad company and started committing petty crime. Later, he started committing heinous crime alongwith his associates in Haryana and Delhi. In the year 2014, he attempted to murder a person in Najafgarh due to rivalry and was sent to jail. In Jhajjar jail, he met Jyoti Parkash @ Baba, elder brother of Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu and got influenced by Nandu. On 29/11/15, he alongwith Nandu and his associates had committed crimes of extortion and firing in the area of PS Jafarpur and Najafgarh, Delhi. In both the cases, his Swift car was used. Similarly, in the incidents of double murder and murder of retired Head Constable Hari Kishan, he was involved with Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu and his associate. His said car is also suspectedly involved in both the murder cases. The accused had deposited his car after the said two incidents on 17/01/2016 in PS Jafarpur and got it released on 28/01/2016.
