NOTORIOUS BOOTLEGGER ARRESTED AND 23 CARTOONS OF LIQUOR RECOVERED

Ø  Courier of Inter State smugglers arrested.
 Ø  One Honda city car and 23 cartoons of IMFL seized. 

INFORMATION

Insp Rohtash Kumar, SHO PS Sonia Vihar received a secret information that a Honda city car bearing registration number DL4CAH-2309, will pass via Wazirabad road after crossing Yamuna bridge and move towards Bhopura border for delivering IMFL of Haryana excise brought in the said car.  

          A team consisting Inspr. Rohtash Kumar SHO/Sonia Vihar  ASI Jag Pal, Ct. Pradeep, HC Pawan. Later on Ct. Jogender and HC Inder Pal  of Delhi Excise Enforcement .

Intercepted a Honda city car bearing registration number DL4CAH-2309 being driven by one Jai Singh @ Jaat S/o Rati Ram R/o Vill. Behrana, Teh. Beri, PS Beri, Distt. Jhajjar (whose name and address were learnt on enquiry), tried to pass from the barricade placed by the police party. The driver tried to speed up the car for escaping from the clutches of the police, however after a brief chase, the car was made to halt and driver was apprehended. On search of the said Honda city car 23 cartoons of Imperial Blue Whisky of Haryana excise, each cartoon containing 48 quarters (23 x48=1104 quarters) were recovered and seized alongwith the Honda city car bearing registration No. DL4CAH-2309.


Jai Singh @ Jaat s/o Rati Ram mentioned above arrested as per procedure in case FIR No. 100/16 U/s 33 Delhi Excise Act at PS Sonia Vihar. On sustained interrogation accused Jai Singh @ Jaat confessed to have being carrying out the work of courier of delivering Haryana excise liquor brought by him from Jhajjar to the party known as Kalu of Ghaziabad after crossing Bhopura Border on the road side Dhaba’s. Nanne of Jhajja has been in the business for the last several year and he came in touch with Nanne since he is unemployed. He purchased the said car from Delhi for supplying the liquor as on every trip he saves more than 3 thousand and he has been daily making a trip. Further investigation is in progress to nab Nanne of Jhajjar and Kalu of Ghaziabad.   

RECOVERY

On search of the said Honda city car 23 cartoons of Imperial Blue Whisky of Haryana excise, each cartoon containing 48 quarters (23 x48=1104 quarters) were recovered and seized alongwith the Honda city car bearing registration No. DL4CAH-2309.


          Further investigation is in progress.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
