DREADED CONVICTED CRIMINAL AND PAROLE JUMPER JITENDER @ JEETU ARRESTED.

Ø    KILLED YOUNGESTER SACHIN GUPTA (AGE 21) IN A FIGHT DURING CRICKET MATCH IN 2004.
Ø    HAD JUMPED PAROLE AFTER LIFE SENTENCE IN MURDER CASE OF PS-AMBEDAKAR NAGAR.

Ø    REWARD OF RS. 50,000/- WAS DECLARED ON HIS ARREST.
Crime Brach has arrested one absconding notorious convicted criminal named Jitender Kumar @ Jeetu (33 yrs) s/o Karan Singh r/o Village Pahar Garhi, District Bullandshahar, UP, who is accused in case FIR No.230/04 dated 08.06.2004 U/S 302/34 PS Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi and was convicted with life imprisonment in the above case by the Court of Ms Poonam Bansal, ASJ, Patiala House Court. He was undergoing life imprisonment at Central Jail, Tihar. On 30/03/2015, he was released on furlough and was supposed to surrender to jail authorities within two weeks but he did not surrender after expiry of the furlough period. 
BRIEF FACTS: -
On 08.05.2004, accused Jitender @ Jeetu along with Mahesh Sharma brutally killed a youngster named Sachin Gupta, when the deceased was having food with his friend at ‘Soyce & Spice’ restaurant in Madangir. They inflicted multiple knife stabbings due to which victim collapsed while being taken to the AIIMS Trauma Center for treatment.
The motive behind the murder was a fight in the past between Sachin Gupta and Mahesh Sharma while playing cricket match at Madangir, Delhi. Mahesh Sharma is also convicted for life imprisonment in this case. Both of them were playing for opposite teams when a fight took place between them. Mahesh Sharma was looking for an opportune time and when he saw Sachin Gupta alone at a restaurant, he alongwith Jitender @ Jeetu pulled him out to the gate of the restaurant and inflicted multiple stab injuries on his body. During the trial, motive of the murder was established that the accused Mahesh Sharma felt so socially humiliated during the cricket match fight, that he retaliated and committed murder of his rival.
INFORMATION  AND  OPERATION: -
On 11.03.2016, an information was received regarding Jitender kumar @ Jeet (33 yrs) s/o Karan Singh r/o Village Pahar Garhi, District- Bullandshahar, UP, who is accused in case FIR No.230/04 dated 08.06.2004 u/s 302/34 IPC and was absconding and was continuously shifting his base. Specific information was received that he had recently shifted his base to Shiv Durga Vihar, Surajkund, Faridabad, Haryana. Hard work and perseverance by the Crime Branch team resulted in the identification of his hideouts in Shiv Durga Vihar, Surajkund, Faridabad, Haryana.
A team of Crime Branch lead by ACP Ishwar Singh, comprising Inspr. Pankaj Singh, SI Vishal Chaudhary, ASI Shiv Kumar, HCs Jagpal, Pardeep, Prithvi, Cts Rohit Solanki, Vinod, Sanjeev, Kusumpal and Surender was constituted under overall supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh. Surveillance was mounted at Shiv Durga Vihar, Surajkund, Faridabad, Haryana. He was apprehended by the Crime Branch team and arrested under the appropriate sections of law. 
INTERROGATION AND PROFILE: -
Accused was born in Khurja, Distt. Bulandshahar UP and his family shifted to Delhi in 1990 as his father worked as a labour. Accused worked as a motor mechanic in Tigri Khanpur area.  They are two brothers and two sisters and his brother is a taxi driver in Khanpur. He came in contact with bad elements in Tigri Khanpur Area.
Accused Jitender has been arrested under relevant sections of law. Local police of PS Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi has been informed about the arrest of the accused person.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
