One Robber Arrested by Special Staff Outer District and Solved 6 Cases of Robberies

On 21/02/2015, Sh Akshit Jain S/o Rajeev Jain R/o B-9/78 Sector-5 Rohini Delhi reported that on 20/02/2015 at about 11.05 PM he was going towards his house from Rithala Station. In the meantime 3 boys on a motorcycle black colour came and snatched his mobile phone. When he resisted the act of snatching, they also beat him and ran away from the spot. On this a case FIR No. 262/15 was registered u/s 394/34 IPC at PS Vijay Vihar.

On 27-03-15, an information was received in the office of Special Staff Outer District that a robber namely Ravi @ Danger, who is previously involved in many cases of robbery and snatching has committed the above mentioned robbery. On this information a team comprising HC Satya Pal No. 111/OD, Ct. Samasher No. 1363/OD, Ct, Somber No. 3189/OD and Ct. Praveen No. 2451/OD lead by SI Virendra Kumar under supervision of Inspector K P Malik, was constituted. As per information accused Ravi @ Danger @ Akku S/o Sh. Kiran Singh R/o Jhuggi No. 204, near NDPL Office Sec 3 Rohini, Delhi was apprehanded from village Mangolpur Kalan. The motorcycle used in the  commission of robberies as well as a robbed mobile phone has been recovered from him.

            On sustained interrogation accused Ravi @ Danger @ Akku S/o Sh. Kiran Singh R/o Jhuggi No. 204, near NDPL Office Sec 3 Rohini disclosed that he along with his associates namely Kulddep @ Kullu S/o Pappu and one juvenile are   involved in many cases of Robbery and Snatching. The motorcycle   used for Robbery and Snatching as well as   robbed mobile phone  were  recovered from him.  The juvenile was apprehended and handed over to juvenile justice board. The search of remaining accused is continuing.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
