Desperate Robber/Snatcher Apprehended

Crime Branch has apprehended a notorious robber/snatcher namely Subhash @ Nandu (32 yrs) s/o Mukesh r/o Pratap Nagar, Andha Mughal, Delhi, involved in 20 heinous cases including Robberies, Snatching, Theft etc.
          Information was received by Eastern Range of Crime Branch about a gang of robbers/snatchers who are active in the area of East and North-East Delhi. A team led by DCP Dinesh Kumar Gupta, consisting of ACP Sushil Kumar Singh, Insprs. Vinay Tyagi, Vivek Tyagi, SI Raj Kumar, HCs Raj Kumar, Upender, Naresh Pal, Sudhir, Chander Prakash, Sanjeev Kumar, Amit Kumar, Devender, Sudhir Kumar and Cts. Vikrant, Yashvir Tomar, Mohd. Javed was constituted under the supervision of Addl. CP Ashok Chand.
          It was believed that this gang was behind the spate of recent incidents of violent armed robbery and snatching in the Trans Yamuna area etc. The team was working on this input and all the possible means i.e. manual and technical surveillance were deployed to track down the activities of this gang. The sustained and sincere efforts put on by the team eventually bore fruit when specific information was received by HC Raj Kumar on 23.03.2015 that one desperate criminal/robber namely Subhash @ Nandu of Pratap Nagar would come to meet one of his associates at Jwala Nagar. Accordingly a trap was laid at the place of information and accused Subhash @ Nandu was apprehended and one Motorcycle No. DL-7S AR9245 (Hero Honda Passion) stolen from the area PS Gandhi Nagar was recovered from his possession.        
          During sustained interrogation, he disclosed to have committed a number of robberies/snatchings alongwith his associates. They either use stolen motorcycles or use fake number plates to avoid identification. They generally target victim in the early morning. On his arrest, 7 cases of robbery/snatching committed in Trans Yamuna area have been worked out. Accused Subhash @ Nandu has been declared proclaimed offender in two cases reported vide FIR Nos.651/2004 u/s 356/379/411/34 IPC, PS Mangol Puri and 167/2006 u/s 25 Arms Act, PS Samaipur Badli, Delhi.

          Accused Subhash @ Nandu has one brother and sister. He has studied upto 5th class and started indulging in bootlegging with his parents. During this period, he fell into bad company and started committed crime. He was residing in Jwala Nagar to avoid arrest. He is very a desperate and active criminal.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. MOST WANTED GANGSTER NAMELY GYANENDER @ GADGU REWARDEE OF RS.1 LAC ALONGWITH HIS ASSOCIATE RAJIV DAHIYA @ RAJU ARRESTED

Crime Branch has arrested two dreaded and desperate criminals namely (1) Gyanender @ Gadgu (29 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Village Mandhothi, Distt. Jhajjar, Haryana, who is wanted in two sensational cases of murder of Haryana including one that of a brutal massacre, one case of attempt to murder of Badli, Delhi and 3 cases of extortion in Delhi & Haryana and (2) Rajeev Dahiya @ Raju (39 yrs) s/o Sukhbir Singh r/o R-95, Gali No. 15 A, Sawtanter Nagar, Narela, Delhi (permanent address-Village Nahari, Distt.
