One Accused Arrested Who Misappropriated Rupees Thirty Lakhs

One accused namely Dinesh s/o Sh. Khushi Ram Garg r/o L-33, Bal Udyan Road, Uttam Nagar, Delhi age-31 yrs has been arrested by the staff of PS Mangolpuri who lodge the false report of theft of Rs.30 Lakhs and misappropriated the same.

On dated 16/03/15 a person namely Dinesh s/o Sh. Khushi Ram Garg r/o L-33, Bal Udyan Road,Uttam Nagar, Delhi age-31 yrs came to PS MangolPuri and stated that he is running a paper factory in Peeragarhi and on 16.03.15 at around 10.45 am his brother namely Anil Garg, who is working in Banyan Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd. Based at sec-25, Gurgaon (Haryana) told him to collect the payment of Rs. 30 Lakhs from one Parveen Bansal sector-16, Rohini at about 10.30 am. Complainant namely Dinesh Garg collected the payment and cooked up the false story of theft and lodged a report in PS Mangolpuri vide FIR No. 563/15 u/s 379 IPC.

Under overall supervision of ACP/Rohini Manoj.C IPS and leadership of SHO/Mangolpuri Insp. Ashok Sharma, a team was constituted comprising of SI Amit Nara, HC Arvind Kumar 82/OD, HC Ravail 1681/OD and Ct. Narender 2860/OD.

During investigation team visited the spot and established the all sequences leading to the commission of crime and team found lot of inconsistencies in the version of complainant/ accused Dinesh Garg. He was put on sustained interrogation and finally complainant/accused broke down and confessed his involvement in the commission of crime thereafter at the instance of accused Rs. 30 Lakhs recovered from the house of friend of complainant/accused from Peeragarhi village. Accused Dinesh Garg has been arrested in the above case u/s 406/411/182 IPC.

During interrogation he revealed that his brother namely Anil Garg is working as an accountant in the company in the name and style of Banyan Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.         based   at Sec-25, gurgaon (Haryana) and accused is running the business of paper factory in the village of Peeragarhi, Delhi in which he suffered a loss. On dated 16.03.15 accused brother namely Anil garg told him to collect the payment of Rs. 30 lakhs. So, he cooked up the false story of theft and lodge the report at PS Mangolpuri.

Rupees Thirty lakhs at the instance of the accused from Peeragarhi village.

Accused Dinesh Garg is a businessman and running a factory of paper and calendar in the name and style of Dinesh Paper Trading in Peeragarhi village, Delhi.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
