LOP COMPLAINTS LG OF DELHI GOVERNMENT SQUANDERING PUBLIC FUNDS ON FALSE  PROPAGANDA


Leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta today complaint to LG that the Delhi Government is squandering public funds on highly misleading propaganda. He urged him to advise Kejriwal to exercise judicial control over  precious public funds.  He said that   AAP Government has stepped up its publicity campaign in view of the forthcoming MCD elections to get political mileage. He reminded Kejriwal of his Sawraj philosophy that the Government must spend public funds with utmost caution but he has thrown his own value to winds but now he has no scruples in spending lakhs of rupees on false propaganda.
Vijender Gupta said that it is ridiculous the Government has launched massive publicity campaign for routine works such as starting rebuilding of few roads of the city.  It is misleading Delhiities by churning out false and distorted information on major public issues. Its questionable publicity thrust on issue such as reappointment of guest teachers, maximum compensation to farmers, world class education in Government school, making Delhi pollution free etc.  is highly distorted and based on half-truths. Leader of Opposition demanded that Kejriwal Government must be immediately stopped from  wasting valuable revenue on launching publicity campaigns  with dubious contents.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi. Crime Branch has arrested two dreaded and desperate criminals namely (1) Gyanender @ Gadgu (29 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Village Mandhothi, Distt. Jhajjar, Haryana, who is wanted in two sensational cases of murder of Haryana including one that of a brutal massacre, one case of attempt to murder of Badli, Delhi and 3 cases of extortion in Delhi & Haryana and (2) Rajeev Dahiya @ Raju (39 yrs) s/o Sukhbir Singh r/o R-95, Gali No. 15 A, Sawtanter Nagar, Narela, Delhi (permanent address-Village Nahari, Distt. Sonepat, Haryana), who is an absent BC of PS Narela, a bail jumper, a declared proclaimed offender in 2 murder cases and one case of Arms Act .
