My aim is to provide best facilities to citizens of East Delhi      --Maheish Girri

East Delhi MP Maheish Girri today participated in Girri Chaupal on Chandra Nagar Main Road Near Sai Mandir. Hundreds of local residents, representatives of RWAs and othe organisations shared their grievances with the MP. The main motive of Girri Chaupal is to provide all facilities to citizens at their doorsteps.
In this Girri Chaupal, officers of DDA, PWD, I&FC, DSIDC, BSES, EDMC, DUSIB, Jal Board etc were present.
The residents of Shastri Park highlighted that they are facing severe problem of power supply due to inefficient transformer. The MP instructed told BSES officials to get the HT panel installed before 7th November and update him. Law and order issues of the area were highlighted. MP East Delhi promised to call a meeting of local SHOs, ACP and DCP with local residents in the coming week.
The MP was also indicated by the citizens about the acute shortage of water in the area. Currently water supply is limited to only one hour in a day. The MP immediately summoned the Jal Board officials and told them to solve the issue in the next 7 days to ensure that atleast three hour water supply was provided every day. MP was also  informed about broken road in Gali No. 12 & 14 of Chandra Nagar. Also lids of several manholes were broken inviting accidents. Maheish Girri instructed EDMC officials to solve the issue on urgent priority.

MP Representative CA Hari, BJP Shahdara General Secretary Sharvan Dixit, Dinesh Sharma, Jai Gopal Verma, Amit Pandey, Shashi Chandna, Dinesh Sharma, and several office bearers of BJP and RWAs were present in Girri Chaupal.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
