West Delhi Exclusive : Gang Of Burglars Busted; Two Arrested With Stolen Property



A joint team of Police Station Mundka, West District and Police Control Room has arrested two burglars and recovered stolen property from their possession.
PROFILE
1. Satish Malik s/o Heera Lal r/o Veena Enclave behind Sonia Hospital, Nangloi Delhi ( Age 24 Yrs)
   
    He came in Delhi with his family 5 years ago from District Jind, Haryana. He is a wielder by profession. He came in contact  of accused Sunil and started committing theft. He had earlier been arrested in two cases of theft in Haryana.

2. Sunil s/o Mahavir r/o Rented room in Swarn Park, Nangloi, Delhi and permanent r/o Vill- Ahmedgarh Distt- Buladshaer UP.  (Age -25 yrs)

    He came in Delhi about 15 years ago and since then is living at the given address on rent basis. His father is a tailor. He is a scarp dealer and has a shop in Rani Khera. He suffered huge loss in the business. He along with other accused started committing theft/burglary to earn quick money. He was earlier arrested in Case FIR No 500/14 u/s 457/380 IPC PS- Aman Vihar, Delhi and is presently on bail.

RECOVERIES
1.    500 Kgs iron pieces.
2.    One hand cart.

INCIDENT AND TEAM
On 12/11/14, a PCR call was received at PS Mundka that some persons were committing theft in a shop situated at Rohtak Road, Mundka. On receiving this information, Inspr. Suresh Kumar ATO/Mundka who was on patrolling in the area immediately reached the spot and found that the shutter of Bhagwati Steel in front of Metro Pillar No 506 Rohtak Road was broken. He found that three persons were loading the iron pieces from the shop in a Rickshaw Rehri. On being asked, they all started running away. Insp Suresh Kumar chased them and apprehended accused Satish. Accused Sunil was apprehended by HC Ramesh No 1057/PCR, deployed at PCR Van, P-75, who also reached there. However, the third accused managed to escape. From the Rickshaw Rehri about 500 Kg of Iron Pieces have been recovered. The owner of the shop, Sh Darshan Lal Bansal s/o Chandur Lal r/o C-10 Yadav Park, Nangloi, Delhi also reached at the spot, who identified the stolen articles.

 Hence, a case FIR No 546/14 dated 12.11.2014 u/s 457/380/411 IPC has been registered at Police Station Mundka. Both the accused persons have been arrested and sincere efforts are being made to apprehend the absconding accused involved in this crime as well as involvements of this gang in other cases.  

          The staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.



TWO PROCLAIMED OFFENDERS ARRESTED
                   The staff of PS Paschim Vihar, West District has nabbed  Proclaimed Offender Rajender Kumar (age 44  years) S/o Dhan Kumar, R/o H.no.17/496, Trilok Puri, Delhi who was wanted in CC  No. 664/13 u/s 138 NI Act registered at PS Karol Bagh, Delhi. He has been declared Proclaimed Offender by the Hon’ble court of Sh. Harun Partap, MM, Tis Hazari  Court, Delhi.
INCIDENT AND TEAM : On 12.11.14, a secret information was received by P.O. Staff of PS Paschim Vihar that Rajender Kumar will come in Trilok Puri locality. Immediately, the team laid a trap and on pointing out of the informer, the accused was arrested.
(2)       In the second case, the same police team nabbed Abhishek Gupta @ Soni (24 years) S/o Parmod Kumar Gupta R/o H.No. L-56 ,Gali No.-3 Vijay Vihar Ph. -II Delhi. He was wanted in FIR  No. 191/13 u/s 376 IPC PS Aman Vihar, Delhi and was declared P.O. by the Hon’ble court of Sh. Anuj Tyagi, MM, Rohini Court, Delhi.
INCIDENT AND TEAM
        Secret information was received that P.O Abhishek Gupta @ Soni would come in Budh Vihar locality, Delhi. Hence, a trap was laid and on pointing out of informer, the accused was arrested.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
